 STACYC STABILITY BIKE LIMITED WARRANTY

• Frame and Fork - Five Years.

• Non-electrical system components – One year. (planetary case gearbox, 90 degree case gearbox)
  
• Electrical system components – 90 days. (motor/esc unit, throttle, battery and charger)
  
  
• Normal wear items - 30 days. (sprockets, chain, grips, handlebar plugs, saddle, side panels, foot pegs, brake cable/housing, brake lining, paint/stickers, tires, inner tubes)

This limited warranty will be void if the product is not used in accordance with the owner's manual or:

• Damaged in an accident, collision or loss of control incident.
  
  
• Used in any way other than for recreational purposes.
  
  
• Poorly maintained or without maintenance.
  
  
• ​Used in a manner for which this product was not specifically intended.
  
  
• Failure to follow owner's manual instructions or warnings. Altered in any way.
  
  
• Electronics or battery exposed to water.
  
  
• Modified in any way.
  
  
• ​Damage caused by unauthorized service or parts.
  
  
• ​Used for commercial purposes.
